free write

i actually like this poem that i wrote so i thought i'd share it

What is…

Creativity
It comes easy to some
And is almost impossible for others
Such a simple word
That troubles so many
To people who ask
All I say is one word
Imagination
With imagination comes creativity
And with creativity comes imagination
Imagination is your minds way of
Staying a child forever
Never lose your imagination
It keeps you sane
As well as drives you insane
Creativity and Imagination
Two amazing gifts,
That make the world a happy place
Today, has been a long day
It wasn't actually terrible it was just rainy and crappy out which made it seem worse.
One rainy day a week is nice and relaxing, but two rainy days in a row are just too much when there is so much to be done
Plus, It has been freezing outside
Not a huge fan of this bipolar, freakish weather.
Mother Nature is being very indecisive, she needs to make up her mind and stick with it.
Is it Spring, Summer or Winter, decide always
I want to sit outside by my pool and relax
School is so close to being over
I have about a week and a half left
Thank God i feel like my head is going to explode
A break from all of this information is much needed and way overdue
I can't wait to enjoy summer time with my family, boyfriend and friends!
I'm supposed to be writing a free write right now, but I'm having trouble coming up with something creative, so i figured I'd write the blog first and may get some creative juices flowing
So far I still have nothing, maybe I will turn to the television for some inspiration
That could always work, right?
Okay well enough ranting for now, off to writing some moree!

up to early

Its Thursday in the morning. It's too early if you ask me. I would much rather be sleeping, snuggled in my bed right now. But good thing the capitals play today. Should be an exciting game! I really hope they win and actually go past the first round of playoffs this year. That would be a nice change of pace.  In one of my classes i am doing a group project and I absolutely hate group projects because no matter how good you separate the work someone is always doing the most. For once im not doing the most, not complaining but i kept trying to offer to help and they like won't let me do anything. I had to almost beg them to do something. I don't get it, but whatever. I think its strange, but oh well what can you do about it. So i get to make a model peptic ulcer. We are poking holes in a bottle and pouring water in watching it leak out. Exciting, huh? And they almost wouldn't let me do that? Like did they really think i couldn't handle that huge task? haha Done ranting for the day. HAVE A GOOD DAY!!!

Stressful life

This past week has been full of projects and test and papers and it's only Wednesday. Oh, the life of a nursing major. It seems like it is never going to end. Sometimes I sit and ask myself if I am ever going to have a minute to enjoy life. But when I think I have it bad, I think of two very strong kids that I went to high school with. They were both a year younger then me, but they both have been diagnosed with brain cancer. Keeley Imel was one of them. She recently lost her fight with brain cancer. I never knew her, but I was still shocked and sadden to hear the news. Everyone that knew her, loved her. She was full of life and never complained about not being able to do everything she wanted. She stayed positive throughout her entire battle. She is an inspiration. When ever I think I have it rough. She makes me think and appreciate how good I have it. Being health is something a lot of people take for granted. And that is the only thing she wanted. R.I.P Keeley, forever an inspiration. The second person is a boy named Zach. I remember in middle school when he first found out about his brain cancer. He was out for months at a time, but he eventually came back once he went into remission. But recently in high school he was diagnosed with brain cancer again. Just like Keeley is always positive about his situation. He is determined to beat cancer. He actually as started a phenomenon showing his strength. After brain surgery a couple months ago he put his arms up in a strong man pose and his dad took a picture. It is now called Zaching and it is everywhere. He has been on ESPN sharing is story giving others hope. People from all over the world and even celebrities, like Lil Wayne, Adam Sandler, Ravens players, Capitals player and soo many more send in pictures of themselves Zaching. It is even defined on urbandictionary.com. It is amazing the support that he has received and continues to receive. It has gone far past a community effort to show support it is nation wide at this point. He did this to show other dealing with the same condition or another condition that they are stronger then that diease and that they can beat anything. They are too truly amazing people. Zach is currently undergoing chemo to fight this second battle with cancer.
You should really take the time to read his story and many even submit a picture to show your support. The links are here: http://zaching.tumblr.com/
